City Council Budget Hearings
The Fiscal 2024 budget was introduced to City Council on May 15, 2023. Executive Summary and Agency Detail publications are currently available online.
The Department of Finance and Baltimore City Public Schools System will present Fiscal 2024 budgets on May 25, 2023, at 2 pm and will be followed by City Council Taxpayers' Night at 6 pm. City Council Fiscal 2024 budget hearings begin May 30, 2023. All hearings will be available via CharmTV, either live-streamed or available online afterward. Agency budget slides will be posted after budget hearings are completed each day.
